Who I am

Yorgo Builds is run by Yorgo Aoun, a website builder based in Lebanon who works with businesses anywhere. When you hire me, these terms apply together with the quote we agree on WhatsApp. If the quote says something different, the quote wins.

Price and payment

• The price and launch date are fixed in your quote before we start.
• You pay 50% to start and 50% after you review the finished site, before it goes live.
• Payment by Whish, OMT, bank transfer or cash in USD.

Timing

• A Starter or Business website is ready in 7 days, and an online store in 10 to 14 days.
• The clock starts once I have the first 50% and your content: logo, photos, texts and prices.
• If content or feedback from you is late, the launch date moves by the same number of days. If a project waits on you for more than 30 days, I may pause it and give you a new date when you're ready.

Changes

You get two rounds of changes on the design and one round when you review the finished site. New pages or features that weren't in the quote are priced separately, and I always tell you the price before doing them.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the logo, photos and texts you send me. You're responsible for what your site says, including prices, offers and any legal pages your business needs.

Ownership

• Once the final payment is made, the site and the domain are 100% yours. If you ever want to move, I hand everything over.
• I may show your site in my portfolio and on social media. Tell me if you'd rather I didn't.

Domain, hosting and other services

• The domain is registered in your name and you pay its yearly renewal (usually $10–20 for a .com). I confirm the exact price before buying.
• Hosting for a normal website is free on Cloudflare. Online stores run on Shopify, and you pay Shopify's monthly plan directly.
• These services belong to other companies. I set them up with care, but I can't control their prices, rules or downtime.

Care plan

The care plan is optional and costs $25/month. It covers small updates (prices, photos, menu changes, small fixes) and checking that your site stays online. You can stop it any time; just tell me before the next month starts.

Cancelling and refunds

If you cancel before I start the design, your deposit is refunded. Once the design has started, the deposit covers the work already done and isn't refunded. If I can't finish your project for a reason on my side, I refund what you paid for the part that isn't done.

No promises I can't keep

I build every site to be fast and easy for Google to read, but no one can guarantee a position on Google, a number of visitors or sales. I'm not responsible for losses caused by things outside my control, such as service outages or changes made by others. My responsibility is limited to the amount you paid me for the project.
